Free shipping on orders over $35 (before tax) to Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Flamborough, Glandbrook & Stoney Creek!
Additional Fees
For orders that are particularly heavy or large, additional shipping fees may apply. Extra charges might also be incurred for deliveries to distant or remote locations. If your order falls into these categories, our team will reach out to you with the exact shipping costs before proceeding. You will be contacted by our Order Department to confirm these details.
We consider shipments to be oversized if they exceed 30″x40″ in dimensions or weigh 50 lbs. or more.
*Certain regions, including parts of Northern Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, Labrador, and other remote provinces or islands, as well as PO boxes, may have additional charges. Delivery times and costs may vary, and you will be contacted by customer service to approve any extra fees.
Order Processing
Typically, orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 4-6 business days. However, during peak times such as promotions or seasonal events, we may experience higher volumes, which could extend shipping and handling times.
The expected delivery date of your order depends on the chosen shipping method and the destination of your parcel.
Stock Availability
Occasionally, we may face stock shortages due to supply variations. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to discuss possible alternatives. If no substitute is available, we will proceed with the rest of your order and refund any unavailable items.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it for any signs of damage. If the package or its contents appear significantly damaged, please mark 'Damaged' on the delivery slip before signing and refuse the package. Notify our Mail Order Department within 7 days of receiving any damaged goods to report the issue.
U.S. and International Orders
For orders shipping to the U.S. or internationally, our staff will provide a shipping quote. You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs. We are happy to assist in calculating shipping quotes for international orders.
